That’s right folks, just four posts on tumblr …counting this one…before I can advertise this blog as a “paid for post” ready site. Most sites to which I have applied require a minimum of ten posts with varied content of substantial depth and meaning.

(Psssttt.. I won’t mention their names until some of these sites actually start giving me a paycheck.

Additionally, most pay for blogging sites do not want poetry, or your family letters and photo albums. Copying from other sites of another author or your own site, is taboo as well. That means a writer must create quality content using both the mind and imagination.

Be informative. That is a good rule of thumb.

Create blogs geared to specific content then dedicate your mind to finding out all there is to know about the subject. From my browsing experience, this is a very successful method.

Offer tips on how to water ski.

List the best hotels in the Caribbean and add the rates with personal photos.

Attend a presidential campaign then write a first hand account.

Again, original photos of an event along with your story are a much sought gem in the blogging/writing world.

Derbies, rodeos, gem shows, college graduations, political rallies or campaigns, expos of many kinds, unique sports events…all are potentials.
