The update for today …
I am working to select a good template. Tumblr is limited, so I will eventually format the site myself with html by uploading some of my favorite images, texts, and backgrounds if that is possible on this site.
I am pleased about the ease in which I can post on this tumblr site, but I am uncertain if I will be able to load any of my sponsor ads in a tasteful way, since the layout is simple and limited. However, I am grateful to be able to use this software and the tumblr site for free. Thank you Tumblr!
Yesterday, I mentioned selecting a company with which to register this site for paid blogging for a sponsor. That effort is still in progress.
My website is still not functioning, so I really need to spend some time in the webshell backing up the pages. Techs from sitepal and Earthlink were not able to fix the problem. The next resort is to probably copy all the pages elsewhere, delete and recreate the site. That will keep me busy for about two hours today.
Cephas wants to load an ad into this page. Yesterday he was unsuccessful. Let’s see what today yields.
The sun is shining and it is about 52degrees in Twin Falls, Idaho today. A lovely spring day that lifts my spirits is helping me get through another freelance writer’s day.
Such is the nature and romance of the lifestyle. My fingers dance on the keyboard today as I listen to Christian radio KLove. I am inspired.

Hi! My name is Cheryl Lynn Gardner, better known to most people as Summer Breeze. I have had a passion for writing for years. I also enjoy pen names, being a fan of Benjamin Franklin. Some of my pen names have been "Mary Sunshine" and "Midnight Rider", which was used for my peace and healing work at rainbow gatherings. Hence, I chose a pen name that is a play on that name, The Midnight Writer. The association is obvious since I am a free lance and sometimes creative writing.
