The sun is shining with intermittent rain showers the past few days in Twin Falls, Idaho. Temperatures are rising to the upper forties and mid fifties. It is indeed a glorious sign that spring is here, emerging with all the new hopes for humanity, and for my quest.

I have five blogs ready with ten posts now, but have thirty-five to complete. I have received two more rejections from companies who pay to blog. That is to be expected since I am still under the time limit of thirty days of steady blogging. So I continue to write, to build and to seek that ultimate company that magically allows me to write immediately and to get paid almost as swiftly.

I remain indeed, the epitome of the starving writer.

In my quest, I am compiling this blogging information to post on my website in hopes that it will help others who venture on a similar quest. Over the weekend, I put some thought into topics for blogs. Some of mine are based on research, others are based on experience or stories gathered from my travels over the years. Some of my blogs are about trains and all associations with them, others are about literature or politics or my faith. I came to a realization that a blog that appeals to advertisers and the companies who pay individuals to write blogs for advertisers, needs to be set up as informative and as a teaching tool. The content needs to be diverse, in depth, broad, have an appeal to a wide audience.

 I am working on editing my blogs to meet these requirements. Even this blog will be edited for layout, links, progression on the subject and its contents. This blog will be refined to include informative links and supportive information for paid bloggers. Once I have achieved this goal, this blog will be a useful tool for education and for companies who wish to advertise with me.
